Love Island star Liam Reardon has been forced to deny claims that he’s found love again following his split.

The ITV2 star recently broke up with Millie Court, who he first met and fell in love with on the reality series last year. He has since signed up to Celebs Go Dating in the hope of finding love again.

However, Liam recently posted a set of photos on Instagram including one where he’s hugging a woman, and it quickly sparked a reaction from among his followers.

Liam captioned the photo gallery: “Summer series, had a blinder with my people.”

After looking at the photos, one fan asked: “Isn’t Liam on Celebs Go Dating? Is this the young lady he ends up with? Surely with the show not aired yet.”

However, Liam was quick to clarify things.

“That’s my cousin,” replied the reality star, adding a smiley face emoji.

Despite their split, it appears Liam has left the door open to a potential reunion with Millie in the future.

“I definitely haven’t ruled it out because I know her morals and what she has, and that is something I would want in someone, in a wife,” he told new! magazine (via OK).

“I need to concentrate on myself and if it’s meant to be, we’ll find our way back to each other.”

Liam went on to say that the split was his decision in the end.

“I instigated it because of the way I was feeling. That’s nothing on her – she’s beautiful, she’s an amazing girl,” he said.

“Never say never, maybe one day in the future, we’ll rekindle. But for now, I just need to do my own thing and be on my own path.”

Love Island airs on ITV2 and is available via catch-up on ITVX and BritBox.
