Page Six report, she had served as a member of his legal team in 2020, when the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star was engaged in a defamation battle against the popular British tabloid
The Sun.
The ‘Edward Scissorhands’ star had attempted to sue News Group News, the company publishing
The Sun in 2018, for describing him as a ‘wife-beater’.
Earlier Depp was linked with his lawyer Camille Vasquez. Vasquez dismissed the rumours, revealing she was dating Edward Owen, an executive at coworking space startup WeWork.

US Weekly, the connection between Rich and Depp is “serious”’.
US Weekly quoted a source saying, “Their chemistry is off the charts. It’s serious between them. They are the real deal.”
Although Rich was not part of the legal team that defended him in his defamation case against former wife Amber Heard, she was nevertheless present in the Virginia courtroom earlier this year. She was photographed at the Fairfax County Courthouse nearly every day of the weeks-long trial that ran from April 11-June 1. “There was no professional obligation for her to be there. It was personal,” the source was quoted as saying to the
US Weekly.

- According to reports, Rich is a London-based lawyer. She is a partner at Schillings, an international law firm. She has expertise in libel, privacy and copyright disputes.
- She is married, but lives separately from her partner Jonathan Rich. According to entertainment site TMZ, she has two children with her husband. She is reportedly in the process of obtaining a divorce.
- Her Linkedin profile lists her as an alumni of the University of Birmingham and BPP Law School.
On the work front, Depp is busy with his new project ‘La Favorite’ (The Favorite) a biopic written and directed by Maiwenn. The film stars Depp, Maiwenn, Louis Garrel, Pierre Richard, and Noemie Lvovsky. This will be the first movie where Depp will act in French. The film is slated for a 2023 release.
